Four experienced members of the South Bay Coastliners Barbershop Chorus formed C Nile Sound in 1998. The quartet has performed for numerous private parties, community groups, clubs, and church socials in Southern California and delivered hundreds of singing valentines. In April 2002, they performed at the rededication ceremonies of the Los Angeles City Hall. They also sang the National Anthem at Dodger’s stadium in 2003 and 2004. The quartet performed “God Bless America” at the Redondo Beach Memorial Day Tribute in 2003 and 2004. They performed the Anthem at the US Post Office Dedication of a Merhant Marine stamp aboard the USS Lane Victory recently. They have over 100 years of barbershop singing experience combined and remain very active in the Southern California community. C Nile Sound is a registered senior quartet with the Barbershop Harmony International Society.
